Q. What is the best way to get started with the Fastube product?

A. The best first step is to contact us. A Fastube representative can then evaluate what you are looking to do with the product and get you headed in the right direction. We can discuss the different services that are offered and this will allow us to start some design work for you. If you have a sketch or details of what you are looking for, that is also very helpful for us. Fastube also has a "Design Request Form" that you can fill out and return to us.

Q. Does Fastube have any order minimums or box quantity requirements?

A. Fastube does not have any minimum quantity requirements. The price will be the same if you order 1 or a box quantity.

Q. When I order a connector, does it come as a full connector set?

A. No, the connectors come as a half joint. For a CN1 combo, you would need to order (2) CN1's, (1) FS1-E (or FS1-M), and (1) FS2-E (or FS2-M). A Fastube sales representative can provide you information on joints combo sets or help with part requirements.

Q. Are the Fastube products compatible with other tube and joints product lines?

A. Fastube products are compatible with 1" (28mm) tube and joints competitors. A Fastube representative can help you with compatibility questions and crossover information.

Q. Does Fastube offer other types of casters that are not included in the catalog?

A. Yes, we have access to may different types of casters. If you have a particular caster you are looking for or are not sure which one will be best for your work environment, let us know and we will identify the best caster for you.

Q. How can I get a sample of the Fastube pipe and parts?

A. Fastube would be glad to provide one of our small sample boxes to you free of charge. This box includes some small pipe samples, components, fasteners, and hard copies of our catalog.

Q. Does Fastube handle credit card orders?

A. Yes, we except American Express, Visa, and Mastercard for registered Fastube customers.
