Fastube opened in 1999 in Plymouth, MI. We are now located in Canton, MI.

We really pride ourselves in being the best in customer service. Our company has had success, but also really thrives on having exceptional relationships with our customers. With this hands on approach, great lead times, and high quality products (Parts made in the USA), we are able to dive in with our customers to improve their processes quickly.

Are your parts made in the USA or just the racks being built in the United States?
Both! Our parts are manufactured in the US and racks are built at our plant in Canton, MI. We are excited that we continue to have our parts rolled, extruded, stamped coated, and created in the United States.
Are the Fastube products compatible with other tube and joints product lines?
Fastube products are compatible with 1" (28mm) tube and joint competitors. A Fastube representative can help you with compatibility questions and crossover information.
Do you offer stock racks/applications that I can purchase?
We are a custom rack company, so we normally create a design specifically for you. With the excellent lead times we have, let us customize a design for you and get you exactly what you are looking for. It will get to you about as fast as a stock rack.

What if I don't have a lot of information or are not really sure what I need?
That is fine too! A Fastube representative can help you get the information put together and even come visit your location to review your process. Once the info is put together, our team can present different ideas to you on what we can provide.

Does Fastube have any order minimums or box quantity requirements?
Fastube does not have any minimum quantity requirements (except on 20' Pipe). The price will be the same if you order 1 or a box quantity.
When I order a connector, does it come as a full connector set?
We offer both individual joints (half joints) and combo sets (full set), so make sure you are ordering the correct one. For example, the CN1 is a half joint and you would need two of them (plus a bolt and nut) for a full assembly. However, that full set, which includes our standard nut and bolt, can be purchased with the CJ1 combo. A Fastube sales representative can provide you with information on joint combo sets or help with part requirements.
Does Fastube offer other types of casters/plastics/accessories that are not included in the catalog or on our website?
Yes, we have access to many different types of parts/add-ons. If you have a particular item you are looking for or are not sure which one will be best for your work environment, let us know and we will do our best to identify it for you.
Does Fastube handle credit card orders?
Yes, we accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard for registered Fastube customers.
Fastube does not have any minimum quantity requirements (except on 20' Pipe). The price will be the same if you order 1 or a box quantity.

No it is not. Most quotes that Fastube will provide will not include shipping. However, we can add shipping to the quote if needed (just let your Fastube contact know).
Can Fastube ship on my company freight accounts?
Yes, we absolutely can. This is actually the quickest way to get your products out the door. Fastube can set up and ship the product collect on your account (Courier or Truck).
Can I set up pickups or come myself to pick up my order?
Yes, this is fine too. Just let us know that you are interested in picking it up and we will have it all ready for pick up at our building in Canton, MI.
